I'm selling my personal account because I need money.
Almost all 5* characters on the account have a 5th phase of potential, except for Wulfgar's p3, Perlik's p4, and Da Pan's p3.
There are absolutely all the characters, but they all have no phase of potential, and there is a line of 6* weapons, as well as content for completion, including various quests and exploration of the world. None of the locations are fully completed.
