The Steam accounts we provide are initially assigned to random regions. It is recommended to wait at least 24 months after playing on your own computer before changing the region to avoid getting the account locked by Steam
 
For that, it is advised that you avoid using your local currency to make any purchases on the account, except for redeeming gift cards. Refuse to follow this could lead to an account ban, for which we cannot be held responsible. 

Additionally, some features such as adding friends might be disabled (however, you can still allow others to add you). 

After r eceiving the account, please immediately change the recovery email and password to your own information.
