For MLBB accounts I give personal insurance if it is proven that the account got retrieved as long as the buyer cooperate with the investigation. I can't refund money but I will give you account of similar tier. Note that it's only for account retrieval case and not banned cause of buyer's fault. I know a way to track if an account is retrieved or not. My insurance only last 30 days after the account purchase.
