You have to go to the bon guy to get the Reaper quest, you have to kill thugs with:

- Umbra
- Spr
- STWR

after you do that, you have to go back and ask the NPC what he needs
You do the quest, you come back, and he gives you a Cursed Arrow

With it, you go to the summon area, and you summon Reaper
You kill Reaper, (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE!!!) and you get Reaper spec.
