- Important Not binding your email/phone number may result in Roblox resetting your password. If this happens, we cannot assist you in retrieving your password.

- Important Some accounts are linked to an unverified email address for security purposes; don't worry, you can change this email and gain full access. 

- Compatible with any platfrom. Once access is verified, you can change all your personal information.

- Refunds will not be given in the following cases: • You purchased the wrong account • You do not have the correct version of the game • You lack the resources to use the account properly • In other cases (incorrect account information, incorrect account content), if you do not have a video recording that was not started before the transaction (a video recording of you checking the account contents after logging in), we will not accept any refunds.
