The account is at Inter-Knot level 12. Crucially, the phone number and social networks are not linked to this account. While the email can be changed to your own, please be aware of potential delays due to recent security system updates by Hoyoverse. It may take a few days to a week to change the email. However, you should be able to change the password and link your phone number promptly.
