Estimated 1 to 4 hours for accessory grind, but you may be able to get multiple accessories at once. For example, I am grinding for Distinguished, its possible to get other legendary accessories such as War-Torn robe, Vampire Mask, Eyepatch, Bone KIng Skull, Crusher Claws, Spear Helmet, Designer Jacket depending on the drops of the boss fight/eternal flame trial.
