Follow KyoStinV base on Valley IV ( one of arknight goat, the best factory in my opinion ) 
Right now base has 90% efficiency, because Outpost in originium park didnt reach max lvl yet ( its only the matter of time, Easy PZ ! i already build the factory, you just need to login and sell things !) and Regional Development lvl for valley iv is still lvl 9 ( 3 more lvl to 12 ), so you will get more reward in the process.
