📦 How to Receive Your Order
1️⃣  Send Us Your Roblox Username
• Send your Roblox Username (NOT your Display Name) via Direct Message (DM).
• Please double-check your username before sending it.
• The username must exactly match the one you entered in the Delivery Information during checkout.
• If you provide an incorrect username or if it does not match the Delivery Information, your order may be delayed. We are not responsible for any delivery issues, lost items, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect username provided by the buyer.

2️⃣ Receive Your Order via Mailbox
• Please log in to Grow a Garden 2 and make sure your Mailbox is available.
• Once your order is ready, our staff will send your purchased pet(s) directly to your in-game Mailbox.
• Please check your Mailbox after we confirm that your order has been sent.
• If you do not receive your item immediately, try refreshing or rejoining the game before contacting us.
