This account seems to be blessed on the W-Engine banner. I created this account a few days after the Zenless Zone Zero game was released (UID 1300) and was always given W-Engine limited but the limited characters always failed.

So for those of you who have bought it, all you have to do is wait until the limited characters come back, like Yanagi & Trigger.
