REFUND AND GUARANTEE POLICY (IMPORTANT!)

1. Grounds for Refund
A full refund is granted strictly and exclusively in the case of a technical mismatch with the stated characteristics. This includes:
— Mismatch of the advertised characters (S-rank agents, signature weapons);
— Mismatch of the account level (rank) or the number of pulls (Master Tapes) if they were explicitly stated in the description.
If the account is delivered in full accordance with the description and screenshots, no refund will be issued.

2. Refusal of Refund for Subjective Reasons
Refunds are NOT POSSIBLE in the following cases:
— Buyer's subjective opinion (changed mind about playing, disliked the nickname, didn't like the playstyle, felt there were too few characters).
— Any changes made to the account data by the buyer (spent pulls, currencies, leveled up characters, completed story quests, or used any materials).

3. Liability for Bans
I am not responsible for any account bans if they occur due to the buyer's actions, including:
— Use of third-party software (cheats, scripts, macros);
— Attempts to recover the account through Mihoyo/HoYoverse support by providing false information.
