Trivia
This section is a trivia section. Please relocate any relevant information into other sections of the article.
- Before its release, the Ruby Squid had the Mimic Octopus as a placeholder image.
- The Ruby Squid is the first pet with the ability to copy another pet's passive ability. This means any pet that gives a passive gain rather than an active ability (e.g Koi, Seal, Brontosaurus, Caterpillar, Capybara).
- The Ruby Squid will be the rarest pet to hatch from an egg since the Kitsune (not including the Black Swan or any premium egg hatches)
- The Ruby Squid is therefore the divine pet with the third lowest hatch chance, after the Disco Bee (0.25%) and Raccoon (0.1%)
