La Secret Combinasion is a Secret Brainrot, which can be obtained from the Secret Lucky Block. It's currently the rarest item from the Secret Lucky Block with you only having a 0.5% chance of getting it and marks the 5th brainrot available from the Secret Lucky Block. It makes $125M/s.

Appearance

La Secret Combinasion is a mix of 4 Brainrots from the Secret Lucky Block.

• Spaghetti Tualetti is the torso of the body, shrunken down and also has arms on the Brainrot like Pot Hotspot.
• Esok Sekolah's cheeks and tongue are sticking out of Spaghetti Tualetti, while holding the "9" sign. The same "9" can be seen on the forehead, but notably smaller. And a small church like Esok Sekolah bell over Spaghetti Tualetti and in front of Pot Hotspot.
• Pot Hotspot is the main body (head, legs, and arms).
• Torrtuginni Dragonfrutini's back is attached on the back of Pot Hotspot.

• This brainrot is currently available from the Secret Lucky Block with a 0.5% chance of getting.
• This brainrot was early accessed by Caylus, Steak and Foltyn.
• Pot Hotspot's screen is slightly lighter compared to the original Pot Hotspot brainrot.
• La Secret Combinasion has a walk animation despite it never appearing on the red carpet. Currently the only way of it appearing on the red carpet is if an admin intentionally spawns it. The chances of getting it are extremely low.
• It is one of the highest paying brainrots in the entire game.
• It was originally a 0.25% chance but Sammy changed it 0.5% due to it being so low.
• This is the only one brainrot who has different a voice.
