Specialist Helmet - The Specialist Helmet is an unenchantable Equipment item under the "Head" category, and is a part of the Shock Trooper Set. Worn by Legion Shock Troopers, the Shock Trooper Helmet is a black and gold full plate helmet. When worn, this grants +8 Health, +1 Rare Pip, and the Volt Draft Talent.

Volt Draft allows your Inhale-enhanced basic attacks to strike your opponent with a Storm Strike. This has a 5 second duration after using Inhale with a 20 Second cooldown.

These Storm Strikes deal 0.125 * (Thundercall + Galebreathe investment) Thundercall damage, capping at 25 damage with 100 in each Attunement.

Specialist Plate - The Specialist Plate is an unenchantable Equipment item under the "Arms" category, and is a part of the Specialist Set. The Specialist Plate is a black and gold coat with a full plate chest piece and fur shoulders. When worn, this grants +5 Health, +2 Rare Pips, and the Stormcall Talent.

Stormcall - Any time you land a Storm Strike on your opponent, apply Stormcall Shock, damaging them whenever they attempt to cast a Mantra. This requires the helmet/set Talent to activate due to requiring a Storm Strike.

Stormcall Shock has a 0.03 * (Thundercall + Galebreathe investment) second duration, capping at 6 seconds with 100 investment in each Attunement. If you attempt to cast a Mantra while under Stormcall Shock, you will take 15 Thundercall and Galebreathe damage, be Shocked for 1 second, and be Winded for 2 seconds. This shock is replaced with a Surge Rod if the caster has Surge Path.

Specialist Boots -  The Specialist Boots are an unenchantable Equipment item under the "Legs" category, and is a part of the Specialist Set. The Specialist Boots are a pair of black plate leggings. When worn, this grants +1 Posture, +1 Uncommon Pips, and the Flashwind Talent.

The Flashwind Talent allows you to re-enhance your dashes for 3 seconds with Flashwind dashes after proccing Air Pressure or Overcharge. Flashwind dashes have the same effectiveness as Gale and Thunder dashes.

When wearing the full equipment set, you will gain the Set Talent.

Set Talent: Shock Trooper Specialist - Empower your Mantras taught to you by your Legion Specialist Captain. You also now conjure a storm strike on your opponent by landing Galebreathe and Thundercall Mantras.

This turns your Grand Javelin, Thunder Kick, and Electro Carve green, and your Astral Wind, Champion's Whirlthrow, and Gale Lunge yellow. These Mantras will also deal 15% more damage; this is not a damage modifier and is instead a base damage increase.

Storm Strikes from the Set Talent deal 40 damage with no scaling. To proc them, you must meet a 100 accumulative damage threshold with your Galebreathe and Thundercall Mantras. Damage modifiers do not count towards this threshold, but resistances do. This has no cooldown and procs on every hit in PvE due to PvE scaling. The Storm Strikes themselves only have 1.08x PvE scaling however.
