The Simmerbloom Diadem is an Equipment item under the "Head" category. It has an innate 5 Health and the talent Simmerbloom, which grants M1's the ability to proc burn (or eruptions if using Eruption Path) when using Pleeksty's Inferno.

This does inflict burn on downed people, making it a good option to keep up pressure in multiplayer fights, especially in tandem with the Deepfire Ring item and Corpse Explosion Talent.
