Ascended Outlaw Hat - The Ascended Outlaw Hat is an unenchantable Equipment item under the "Head" category, and is a part of the Ascended Outlaw Set. The Ascended Outlaw Hat is a green Kasa hat that originated in the Western Luminant. When worn, this grants +2 Posture, +1 Legendary Pip, and the Mass Effect Talent.

The Mass Effect Talent increases the strength of your Might Gems for every Might Gem you have equipped on your Mantras.

Increases the effectiveness of your Might Gems by 2.25% per Might Gem equipped. This can increase the posture damage effect from your Might Gems from +10% to a maximum of +39.25% on the right setup.

Ascended Outlaw Robes - The Ascended Outlaw Robes is an unenchantable Equipment item under the "Arms" category, and is a part of the Ascended Outlaw Set. The Ascended Outlaw Robes are green and yellow wristbands that originated from the Western Luminant. When worn, this grants +3 Posture, +1 Rare Pip, +1 Legendary Pip, and the Ether Pinpoint Talent.

The Ether Pinpoint Talent allows your Mantras with the Might Gem equipped to fully ignore shield posture bonuses. This is very similar to the Shield Breaker Talent, granted this is not exclusive to Blunt Mantras.

Ascended Outlaw Boots - The Ascended Outlaw Boots is an unenchantable Equipment item under the "Legs" category, and is a part of the Ascended Outlaw Set. The Ascended Outlaw Boots are a pair of green tattered pants that originated from the Western Luminant. When worn, this grants +3% Thundercall and Galebreathe resistance, +1 Uncommon Pip, +1 Rare Pip, and the Stronger Under Pressure Talent.

The Stronger Under Pressure Talent makes your Might Gems slow your opponent on hit. The effectiveness of this slow scales on the amount of player combat tags you have.
 

When wearing the full equipment set (excluding the Mask), you will gain the Set Talent.
This requires the Hat, Robes, and Boots of the set; the Mask does not contribute to, nor is required for the Set Talent.

Set Talent: Offensive Recovery - If all your mantras have Might Gems equipped, lose posture any time you hit opponents block with a mantra.

This restores your Posture upon landing a Mantra with a Might Gem equipped, but ONLY if it hits your opponent's block, and ONLY if all of your Mantras have Might Gems equipped.
