The Bloodfouler is a Legendary Greatsword; an odachi commissioned by an unknown member of the Ministry during their training to one day become a prophet. The blade is well decorated in a crimson pattern, as well as its sheathe proving its intricate craft even more. It scales off of Bloodrend alongside Heavy Weapons.

The weapon can be acquired by retrieving three tomes from the following:

1. Volu, who is leaned against the wall in Outpost Antumbra's basement.
2. As a drop from Chaser, Scholar of the Crimson Contract.
3. As a drop from the Ministry Agent.

When all three have been retrieved, they can be placed on the case that is right next to Volu, thus putting the Bloodfouler into your hands.

It can also be obtained as a direct drop from Chaser, as well as The Diluvian Mechanism.
