Boss that can spawn by chance in S- rank invasion

• Very tanky and very hard to solo
• Drops Kenpachi Cloak [Godly] (?) drop rate
• Can spawn in both the Las Noches and Soul Society invasion
• Very heavy hitter and uses Ryodan and something like Lord's Roar, pretty sure he has a grab move where he leaps to the player, brings them up and slams them into the ground (similar to vastorage m2)
• Does not take any knockback
