The level requirement to trade this accessory is lvl 475. As a clothing item, it is purely Cosmetic and can be worn alongside other accessories. The accessory is the scarf worn by Brook. The scarfs color is based on the players secondary clothing color. Due to its rarity it is pretty high valued in the trading community despite being a permanently obtainable item. It is only possible to obtain by killing Brook (Rockstar).
