Sending and Receiving Eligibility To send Robux

users must complete the following age requirements before sending or receiving Robux:

• 16+: Users must complete Age Check
• Under 16: Users must have a linked parent account. To help keep transfers secure, parent or caregiver approval is required every time younger users send or receive Robux.
  
  
  Receiving Robux

To accept a Robux transfer: 

1. Users will receive a notification that a transfer is pending
2. Select "Accept" on the notification 
3. Once completed, the Robux will be added to your balance Instantly. You can check the transfer status in My Transactions.

For users under 16, additional confirmation from a linked parent account is required: 

• A prompt will appear to “Ask your parent” to review this transfer
• The linked parent account must then approve the pending transfer
  • Parent Approval: The transfer is processed and Robux will be delivered instantly
  • Parent Rejection: The transfer is immediately canceled
• To help keep transfers secure, Parent accounts must approve or reject every incoming transfer for users under 16. 
  • Please note that certain regions continue to require parental approval for users under 18 due to local regulations. This change is part of our effort to reduce friction for personal gifting while maintaining safety.
