-Talk to the Bubble Mermaid, she will offer you a way to breathe underwater to get to Atlantis for 3 Resin Samples. Once the player gets the samples, they will return to her and give them to her. After that, she will request 20,000C$, and if the player pays, she will give them the Water Bubble.
