honkai planarcadia is locked, penaconys exploration is about 80-90%, and the other regions, if I'm not mistaken, are 95-100%. most of the content can be easily cleared with owned characters. builds for the most frequently used characters are pretty good. you also have challenges like currency wars, which are far from complete, and you can still get a large amount of primos(I managed to get tribbie after evanessa on like 80 pity in about two weeks of not very active play). almost all the 5 stars are E0, I only remember ruan mei E1.

genshin natlan is almost untouched, nod krai isnt explored, so if you're willing, you can get lots of primos and get a few meta characters (event guaranteed). most 5 stars are C0, raiden C3, kazuha C2, yelan C1, etc., most of the most used 4* are C6. builds on upgraded characters are very good, and completing endgame content shouldn't be a problem.
