This is not a full purchase of the skin. In other words, these skins won’t appear in the full outfits list, but each character has 7 skin presets, and I can link any paid outfit (even deep rift ones) to a specific preset slot. For example I can link Chatterer outfit for the Cenobite in preset slot 7 and when you'll click on preset 7 this skin will be selected.
