   • (ex. Ice Trainer, Etris Bank, etc.)
   • Alternatively, you can request the item to be delivered to you, though it may take a few additional minutes.
    
2. Once you're there, please provide me with the server you are on and your in-game character name to verify your identity as the buyer.
   
   • Server name and region: (ex. Prideful Canor, Singapore)
   • In-game character name: (ex. Lux Ashet)
    
3. Your order/s will be given via drop.
   
   • Make sure to check your inventory to ensure you received the correct item.
