✔️ North America & Philippines and Malaysia 

For other region players: 
1. Use VPN to start up a new riot account in these regions (Malaysia, Philippines, United States) > (preferably Malaysia). 
2. Login to LOL without using VPN, so your new account will be in the same server as your main account. 
3. Then you can gift yourself skins using the new account or use it from now on! 

How to find your Riot ID 
✔️Open the game and enter the Game Lobby. 
✔️Tap your name beside your avatar in the top-left corner and open the My Profile tab. 
✔️Tap the ID to copy your Riot ID and paste it
