For PC, IOS and Android player, you will able to see and spend your V-Bulks on your device. For Xbox, PlayStation and Switch player, you will not able to see the V-Bulks on your console, you will need to spend it on your computer with the same Epic account. All the skins and items are shared data with different platforms which you can use them on your console.
